It is a stunning tropical herbaceous perennial in the maranta or prayer plant family (Marantaceae) with dramatic, multicoloured leaves. Along with its vibrant leaves, you will love watching the leaves of Triostar Stromanthe move towards the light?literally reaching for the stars as the light fades.They will do well in medium light but will grow faster with brighter light.They need to be watered when the top half of the soil is dry to the touch. That usually takes about 1 week in an average home environment.
