Description
Lavender pink, star shaped blooms appear before the leaves on this early flowering deciduous shrub. Flowers are fragrant and prolific. Grows well in fertile, acidic soil but dislikes any root disturbance. A thick layer of mulch will help protect the roots and assist in moisture retention.
